Enrollment Process

Step 1: Potential new families should fill out a Pre-Enrollment form (at bottom of page)

Step 2: submit a new family application fee to be added to the Waitlist for Registration.

Step 3: Schedule a tour, where you can meet our faculty, observe a class and see the farm OR come to one of our Open Houses.

Registration for the school year for new families is on a first come, first served basis from our Waitlist of Prospective Families who have had a tour or attended an Open House.

Fascination for Farming has open enrollment all year long and does not require a pre-enrollment form.

Farm to Forest

Billing

10% Tuition Deposits to hold your child’s place in the program are due at time of registration and are applied to the last payment of your child’s tuition. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Payments can be made via debit/credit card or check (made out to Good Pickin’ Farm).

Payments made via cash or check will receive a 3% discount.

Late payments via check will incur a $10/day fee. Returned checks incur a $25 fee.

Tuition can be paid monthly, quarterly or in full.

  • Monthly Payments get broken into 10 equal payments. For example, if your tuition is $7500, the deposit will be $750 at time of registration, and then 9 payments of $750 the 1st of each month September-May.

  • Quarterly Payments are due on August 15, November 1, January 15 and April 1.

  • Pay-in Full Payments are due on August 15.
